With everyone drooling over Gears of War, CliffyB kinda insinuated that after GoW1 launches he anticipates moving on to Gears of War 2 (and he smiles pretty big about it). What makes me smile is just imagine… this is one of the first big games on the 360… considering a 2 year development window that means that GoW2 would come out on the 360′s 4th year… so near the end of it’s cycle … well towards the end not at the end. We all know what end of cycle games do, they make previous games look like crap. So god only knows what a Gears of War 2 would look like especially with #1 about to launch with killer graphics this holiday.
On a side note, notice how cliffy mentions the fact that theirs no reason to reinvent the wheel and that we don’t need fancy new controllers for kick a$$ games :) Go Cliffy!
