Well when this was posted we were skeptical to say the least but i must say something of this form factor (but with a bigger screen say… full frontal lcd) would be a great device, but the fact is after reviewing the video and talking to some people, along with the fact they’d need HUGE updates to hardware in the ipod like you know, intel processors, graphics processor, and lots more ram. The fact is the video and device don’t make sense a new iPod with touchscreen and wifi and an intel processor, even if it did exist would NEVER EVER ship with the standard tiny LCD. How did they do it? The simplest way would be to prerecord a video of an OSX machine, play it back on the ipod and just remember where and what to do to fake the sylus inputs :)
