Remember about a month ago we heard that Steorn had developed a device that produced more energy than it consumed? They were and still are working to put together a board of enqiery. Well it turns out someone might have just stole their thunder, Energy By Motion, a group that started in Canada and later moved to Hungary, appears to have a device that operates at around 106% efficiency definitly Over Unity.
What makes this a big deal is the fact they have over 60 patents worldwide filed, they have known affiliations with the canadian government apparently, and they have signed confirmations from some REAL scientists and even confirmations from some energy groups. Of course this all could be a huge hoax but with this much backing it and the fact they are preparing demonstrations this october 3 times a week every week to show off the device this is looking extremely interesting.
According to EBM there device can be started with any small dc motor and from that point on powers itself with excess power and heat being produced for usage. The devices will be made available commercially with 100 million dollars already recieved to begin production of the power plants. Apparently the device is to be priced at around 2000$/kwh but will vary depending on how many total MegaWatts the unit needs to be.
