Are you an investor, or someone that’s interested in real estate. Well guess what so am I :) Ever since loosing about 10,000$ to some online investments i’ve been into solid tangible goods. Forign Exchange may be fun and easy but its just not as solid as something like Las Vegas real estate.
So you can imagine how excited I get when a site comes accross my desk that showcases realestate in prime areas like Las Vegas. But millionsaver is more than most sites, it’s quite impressive as you start to dive into it and use its comprehensive search functions. I mean I found some houses in Las Vegas that were between 90,000$ and 130,000$, and their absolutely beautiful. I didn’t even realize houses were still going for that low especially with all the inflation happening lately.
But whats even more intersting and something I have been looking into recently isn’t even the Las Vegas real estate, no it’s Las Vegas bank repos. Repos are one of the best ways to get into real estate in my view. They can sometimes allow you to pick up a house for well under what it’s valuated at, and is in many cases a great oppertunity to flip it, and the site gives you access to ane entire list of available foreclosures in las vegas, something I’ve had a pretty hard time finding lately for some reason.
