Microsoft officially announces Xbox 360 Premiums with HDMI

xbox-360-hdmi It turns out that Microsoft has announced that the 360 Premium will be gradually adding HDMI on it’s 360 Premium model from this point on. Their official statement…

“Yes, we are offering an HDMI port for Xbox 360 simply as another choice in Xbox 360 owners’ games and entertainment experience. Retailers are gradually introducing HDMI-enabled Xbox 360s into the channel to meet demand.”

So it looks like the end result will be a $350 Xbox 360 Premium 20gb with HDMI output. But how will you tell which of those brand spanking new Premium’s will have the HDMI since their will still be residual stock on the shelves? Simple the new boxes will sport a HDMI logo on the box.

As far as the 65nm chips, they are currently refusing to comment on parts that aren’t going to have baring on the actual consumer themselves.

So let me recap, Elite and Premium both with HDMI, 120gb and 20gb respectfully.
