Well boys and girls it’s time to get excited, with the news that the Zune team will be releasing the new Zune 2.0 software and Firmware for the original Zune 30gb, theirs nothing like a wicked deal to get the Zune for a dirt cheap price. Well the boys and girls over at Woot.com managed to get the Zune to it’s visitors for $99.99 yes you read that right a hundred dollars for a 30gb Zune that’s going to end up with the latest firmware in a month or 2.
Nothing like the latest and greatest firmware on Microsoft’s first DAP and you get in for a hundred dollar bill quite the astonishing feat if you ask me. Technically a month of decent blogging with some paid Blog Advertising and you can probably buy one of these. Especially considering that amazon and other sites are offering the Zune 30 at it’s standard 180$ – 200$ price. Nothing like getting it for half price :)
